Our e-mail system is up from 8:30 to 17:00 Mon-Fri (8:30-12:00 on Sat). If we receive your email within our office hours, you can expect our replies in less than 2 hours. At times when there're dozens of e-mails to reply to, it may take longer. We always try to reply all in-coming messages within 24 hours (excluding weekends).

NOTE: Please be aware that our timezone is GMT+7. We will answer incoming e-mails and faxes the next working day if they arrive after our office hours. If you're lucky that we're working late, you may receive our replies sooner than expected. But don't count on it!
