How can I get a copy of your price list?
You have to fill in our request form in order to get our price list here. You are assured that we take your privacy very seriously and we do not do anything to your information other than for the purpose of keeping track customers. |

How do I place an order and how long will I get my products?
After receiving our price list file, you are able to place your order directly to our price list file. We'll get back to you within 24 hours to advice you on the shopping cost and answer questions or requests made during ordering.
You may choose to order using payment by Western Union or by bank wire transfer (SWIFT). Once you confirm your order and your payment received, we will quarantine the fishes and ship them within 7 days. Shipment is made via plane and normally will reach you within 48 hours (depending on the destination). In any case, shipment time is also subject to the availability of air cargo space for the destination required. |

Are there any discounts given?
Discount information are only available to approved members. Occasionally we also give exceptionally high discounts on promotional items.
Our prices are precisely calculated and kept as low as possible so that we do not compromise quality for lower prices. Unless you're ordering huge quantities of items, we normally do not offer any further discounts. Possible discounts for high quantity orders depend on the momentary availability of the items and must be arranged individually for each order. You'll have the opportunity to send us your messages in the order form. |

How are items packed for shipping and how much is the packing charge?
Items are packed in double or tripple or four layers oxygenated bags and stored inside a polyfoam carton ( with an additional outer paper carton upon request by air company). The box would be packed 7 big plastic bags or 9 small plastic bags. In case of single packing, the number of pack will be up to the size of the fish. We always assure that the items are properly packed with adequate amount of water and oxygen and securely sealed for the shipment.
We charge a $US13.50 packing fee per box for fish need single packing (e.g. discus, big size Cichlids, Arowanas, bettas, etc.) and $US10.50 per box for all other fishes that don't need single packing. For additional outer paper carton, we charge a $US1.00 packing fee.
There will be extra charge besides the fish fee and packing fee for a shipment. There will be $US110.00 handling fee, $20.00 per a Certificate (Health Certificate, Phytosanitary Certificate and Certificate of Origin) |

What is the dimension and weight of the box?
We have 2 sizes of carton. Big carton for live tropical fish (fresh water fishes, marine fishes, invetebrates and reptiles).The dimension of the boxes are 71 x 51 x 35 cm. Smaller carton for Aquatic Plants and Frozen Fish Foods. The dimension of the boxes are 60 x 45 x 30 cm.
The average weight per pack for big box is 23 - 26 kilos for standard packing and 23-48 kilos for single packing. depending on the type of fish and the packing density involved. |

Do you have any minimum order policy?
Our minimum order is US$800 and not less than 5 cartons per order. For each variety of fish, you can order 1 small bag of one variety combined with the rest 8 small bags of other varieties. While each variety of fish with single pack fish must be order at least 10% per a box but not less than 5 fishes.
You can enter your packing density preferences, however we will not be held responsible for any DOA (Death On Arrival) upon reaching the destination. |

What should I do if I discover DOA (Death On Arrival)?
Immediately investigate for obvious cause of the deaths - are the box sealed properly? Are the bags leaking? Send us an email with detailed description (with clear pictures of the dead fishes) within 24hours after receiving the fishes.
In the event of loss due to flight delays or mishandling by airplane, we advice you to check the fishes immediately upon the receipt at the airport, preferrably with the personnel who bring out your boxes.Claims should be immediately lodged directly to the airline concerned. If you do not carry out the above procedures, you risk the possibilities of getting your claims rejected. Please note that we are not liable for such DOAs. In any event, you're advised to keep us informed.
